These Terms of Service govern your use of dubaigogo.com, including the guides and articles published on this site and any paid consultation booked through it. By using this site or booking a session with us, you’re agreeing to the terms below. Please read them before you book anything.
Who We Are
DubaiGoGo is a privately owned, licensed service provider based in the UAE. We are not a government department, and nothing on this site is issued, endorsed, or reviewed by ICP, GDRFA, MOHRE, the FTA, or any other UAE government authority. Where we reference an official process, we link to the relevant authority’s own page so you can confirm it directly.
About Our Guides & Articles
The visa, residency, business setup, and government-service guides on this site are written to help you understand a process before you start it, not to replace advice tailored to your specific case. We check each guide against official sources at the time it’s written or reviewed, and we mark the date it was last verified — but UAE rules, fees, and procedures do change, sometimes without much notice. If something here looks out of date, or if your situation is unusual, confirm the current requirements with the relevant authority or speak to one of our consultants before you act on anything you’ve read.
Nothing published on this site is legal advice. Reading a guide doesn’t create a client relationship between you and DubaiGoGo — that only happens once you’ve booked and paid for a consultation.
Paid Consultations
When you book a one-on-one session through DubaiGoGo, you’re paying for time with a specialist and the guidance they give you based on the information you provide. We’ll be direct with you about your options and the realistic path forward for your case, but a consultation fee covers the session itself — it isn’t a guarantee of a particular outcome from any government authority, and the outcome of your application or case depends on facts and decisions outside our control.
Booking, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for consultations are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
What We Ask of You
If you book a consultation, the advice you receive is only as good as the information you give us — please be accurate and complete about your case, even the parts that feel awkward to mention. You agree to use this site and any guidance we provide lawfully, and not to pass off our content as your own or republish it elsewhere without permission.
Content Ownership
Everything we publish — guides, articles, graphics, and the DubaiGoGo name and logo — belongs to us. You’re welcome to link to our articles or quote a short excerpt with credit back to us, but copying full guides onto another site isn’t permitted.
Limits on Our Responsibility
We work hard to keep our guides accurate and our advice sound, but we can’t be held responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of a published article, for changes in government rules or processing times that are outside our control, or for losses arising from information you gave us that turned out to be incomplete or inaccurate. Our liability in connection with any consultation is limited to the fee you paid for that session.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as our services change. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do — if you’ve already booked a consultation, the terms in place at the time of your booking apply to that session.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute arising from them will be handled by the competent courts of the UAE.
