This page explains what DubaiGoGo is, and isn’t, and what you should and shouldn’t rely on when reading our guides or booking a consultation. It applies to everything published on dubaigogo.com.
We Are Not a Government Authority
DubaiGoGo is a privately owned, licensed service provider. We are not ICP, GDRFA, MOHRE, the FTA, or any other UAE government body, and we have no affiliation with them beyond helping clients navigate their processes. We don’t issue visas, Emirates IDs, trade licences, or any government approval — those decisions are made entirely by the relevant authority, not by us.
Our Guides Are General Information, Not Advice for Your Case
Every guide on this site is written to explain a process in general terms — how most people in most situations should expect it to work. They’re not written with your specific documents, history, or circumstances in mind, and they shouldn’t be treated as a personal recommendation. If your situation involves anything unusual — a past rejection, an overstay, a complicated sponsorship chain — a general guide isn’t enough to act on alone.
Rules Change — Check the Date
UAE visa, residency, and business regulations are updated from time to time, sometimes without much public notice. Every guide shows the date it was last verified against an official source. If that date is more than a few months old, or if something you’ve read doesn’t match what you’re seeing on the official portal, treat the official source as correct and get in touch so we can update the guide.
Consultations Don’t Guarantee an Outcome
Booking a paid consultation gets you time with a licensed specialist and honest guidance based on what you tell us. It doesn’t guarantee that a government authority will approve your application, lift a ban, or rule in your favour — those decisions are theirs to make, not ours. We’ll tell you what we realistically expect, including when the odds aren’t good, rather than tell you what’s easiest to hear.
Links to Other Websites
Where we link to an official government portal or another third-party site, we’re pointing you to the original source — we don’t control that content and aren’t responsible for it changing, moving, or going offline after we’ve linked to it.
When to See a Licensed Lawyer
Our specialists handle visa, residency, Emirates ID, business setup, and PRO matters. If your situation involves litigation, a criminal matter, or a court case, that’s outside what we do — you’ll need a licensed UAE lawyer, and we’re happy to say so plainly if your question falls into that category.
This Disclaimer should be read alongside our Terms of Service and, for paid sessions, our Refund Policy.
